Waffles With Mocha Mix
Ingredients
1 mocha mix
30 ml cream of wheat
28 gr butter melted
3 gr wheat gluten
95 gr flour
9 gr baking powder
30 ml yogurt
1 egg
4 gr sugar
2 gr vanilla
Instructions
Soften cream of wheat in Mocha Mix. Add butter, vanilla, sugar, and yogurt. Add egg and dry ingredients. Makes 3 round Belgium waffles.
