Wagon Wheels W/sun
Ingredients
1 onion
5 ml olive oil
1 clove garlic
475 ml tap water
160 gr sun tomatoes
100 gr wagon wheel pasta
2 gr parsley
5 gr oregano
2 gr oregano
10 ml lemon juice
20 gr parmigiano-reggiano
120 ml tap water
120 ml water to combine
Instructions
skillet and bring to boil. Reduce heat and continue to simmer to thicken slightly. Add parsley and oregano to sauce with lemon juice. Simmer over low heat. Serve drained pasta with tomato sauce, sprinkled with cheese. (wrv)
