Ingredients

95 gr all purpose flour
150 gr granulated sugar
7 gr baking powder
2 gr baking soda
1 gr salt
50 gr unsweetened cocoa
120 ml milk
45 gr butter
4 gr vanilla extract
110 gr firmly packed brown sugar
425 ml boiling water
9 baking
130 gr cocoa in bowl

Instructions
