Warm Radicchio Cheese Puddles

Ingredients

10 ml extra-virgin olive oil
10 ml lemon juice
6 radicchio leaves
45 gr teleme

Instructions

-into 1 cm thick slices Freshly ground pepper Mix oil and lemon juice; brush mixture all over radicchio leaves. Set leaves, cut side up, in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Place an equal portion of the cheese in each radicchio cup. Sprinkle with pepper. Bake in a 350'F. oven just until the cheese melts, 4-6 minutes. Serve hot or warm.
