Wedding Cake

Ingredients

575 gr sifted cake flour
5 gr baking powder
1 gr cinnamon
1 gr mace
375 gr shortening
425 gr brown sugar
10 eggs
1/2 candied cherries
2,600 gr candied pineapple
280 gr dates
325 gr raisins
210 gr currants
1/2 citron
95 gr candied orange
130 gr nut meats
240 ml honey
240 ml molasses
65 gr cider
3 times
250 degree oven
5 1/2 pans about
8 1/2 tube

Instructions
