Wedding Cookies

Ingredients

130 gr all purpose flour
1 gr cinnamon
110 gr butter
65 gr pecans
50 gr sifted powdered sugar
2 gr vanilla extract

Instructions

Powdered sugar Recipe by: SOUTHERN LIVING COOKBOOK Combine flour and cinnamon in a large bowl. Add butter, pecans, quarter cup powdered sugar, and vanilla; stir until well blended (mixture will be stiff). Shape dough into 3 cm balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 200ÂșC for 10 to dozen minutes. Remove to wire racks to cool slightly. Roll cookies in powdered sugar, and cool completely on wire racks. 24 cookies ----
