Wheat Germ Zucchini Cake

Ingredients

260 gr zucchini
2 eggs
4 gr vanilla
180 ml oil
120 ml milk
200 gr sugar
120 gr semisweet chocolate
95 gr wheat germ
250 gr flour
22 gr cocoa
14 gr baking powder
2 gr salt
1 gr cinnamon

In another bowl, combine wheat germ, flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt, and spices. Stir wheat germ mixture into milk mixture. Fold in zucchini and chocolate pieces. Pour into greased and floured 9-cup or fluted pan. Bake at 350 60-70 minutes, or until done. Cool 15 minutes and invert onto a wire rack. (Mayor D. Rosenberg, Davis, California)
