White Gull Inn Apple Coffeecake

Ingredients

300 gr sugar
5 eggs
525 ml sour cream
500 gr flour
14 gr baking powder
9 gr baking soda
7 gr vanilla
190 gr apples
32 gr cinnamon
450 gr brown sugar
140 gr nuts

Instructions

add eggs and sour cream; mix well. Sift flour, baking powdr and baking soda. Add to butter mixture along with vanilla and beat well. Spread half the mxiture into a buttered 10 x 36 cm baking pan. Combine apples and cinnamon, spoon over batter in pan. Spread remaining batter over apples. Sprinkle topping mixture over batter. Bake one hour or until cake is golden brown. To make topping: Combine ingredients and mix well. ----
