White Turkey Chili

Ingredients

180 gr onion
65 gr green bell pepper
2 garlic
2 ml olive oil
2 gr cumin
2 gr oregano
1 gr cayenne pepper
1 gr salt
240 ml chicken broth
600 gr cannellini beans drain
280 gr turkey meat
60 gr monterey jack cheese

Instructions

In a 3 litre saucepan over medium heat, cook onions, bell peppers, and garlic in oil until tender. Add cumin, oregano, cayenne pepper, and salt. Cook for 1 minute. Stir in beans and turkey. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer (uncovered) for 30 minutes or until slightly thickened.
