Heat oven to 190ºC . Mix brown sugar, margarine, honey, vanilla and egg in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonsful about 5 cm apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9-11 minutes or until light brown around edges. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Cool on wire racks. ----
