Wild Mushroom Bread

Ingredients

1 package dry yeast
475 ml warm milk
50 gr sugar
55 gr melted butter
8 gr salt
650 gr flour flour for kneading
40 gr mushrooms
1 dust
650 gr flour
120 ml warm milk along with
1 at a time
375 gr rd

Instructions

Deflate the dough by punching it down 2 to 3 times, and knead for about 45 minutes. Divide the dough into two equal parts and shape into round loaves. Place on a well buttered sheet tray, about 20 cm apart. Using a sharp knife, make 2 to 3 slits in the top of the dough. Cover with a light towel and let rise again until doubled in size. Bake for 3540 minutes or until a hollow sound is heard when it is tapped on the bottom.
