Wild Rabbit Gumbo With Oysters

Ingredients

some tabasco to make a roux in a black iron pot with oil
1 rabbit
120 ml cooking oil
65 gr flour
3 onions
1 bell pepper
50 gr celery
90 gr shallots
9 gr parsley
2,800 ml water

Instructions

Simmer slowly until edges of oysters begin to curl. Serve over rice with file' and french bread.
