Wild Rice Baked Chicken

Ingredients

80 gr wild rice
4 slices stalks
1 green pepper
325 ml water
6 gr chicken bullion granules
3 gr salt
2 chicken breasts
950 gr casserole

Instructions

water, bullion, and salt. Skin and half chicken breasts and place on top of rice mixture; brush with soy sauce. Cover dish, bake in 350 degree oven for 1.5 hours or until wild rice is tender. (To order Wild Rice write; Ray Leinbach, Rt 1, Blackduck, MN, 56630)
