Wild Rice With Chili

Ingredients

1 onion
16 ml corn oil
2 chili pepper
240 ml parboiled rice with wild
4 1/2 decilitersvegetable broth
1 chili chives

Instructions

Fry onions in oil until translucent. Add chili and rice, followed by the broth. Boil 20 min. covered. Let stand for 5-10 min. and fluff with a fork. If desired, garnish with chili and fresh chives. Recipe By :
