Ingredients

230 gr butter
200 gr sugar
220 gr brown sugar
1 egg
240 ml salad oil
160 gr rolled oats
150 gr cornflakes
40 gr coconut
60 gr walnuts
450 gr all purpose flour
5 ml soda
3 gr salt
4 gr vanilla extract

Instructions

Preheat oven to 160ÂșC Cream together butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add egg, mixing well, then salad oil, mixing well. Add oats, cornflake, coconut, and nuts, stirring well. Then add flour, soda, and salt. Mix well and form into balls the size of small walnuts, place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork dipped in water. Bake for dozen minutes.
