Yeast Cakes

Ingredients

1/4 hops
240 ml water
1 potato
32 gr flour
60 gr cornmeal
1 cornmeal for dipping
1/4 hops in a
240 ml water
80 ml hops water after strainin
240 gr potato liquid
32 gr flour a nd
60 gr cornmeal
5 gr paster for cake
1 hand led

Instructions

Dry for several days on wire rack, turning daily. They may be used immediately , but they must be perfectly dry before storing in a cool place or the refriger ator. Makes 16 cakes.
