Yellow Squash Casserole

Ingredients

40 gr margarine
4 slices summer squash
1 onion
70 gr green chilies
170 gr cheddar cheese

Instructions

In a skillet, melt margarine over medium heat. Saute squash and onion until crisp-tender. Remove from the heat; stir in chilies, crackers, and salt and pepper. Spoon into a greased 1.5 qt. casserole. Top with cheese. Bake at 180ÂșC or 15-20 minutes.
