Yorkshire Spice Bread
Ingredients
1 1/2 loaf
85 gr raisins
180 ml milk
10 gr maple syrup
30 ml applesauce
1 egg
325 gr bread flour
50 gr powdered sugar
6 gr orange peel
1 gr nutmeg
3 gr cinnamon
9 gr yeast
Instructions
