Yule Log Cookies

Ingredients

110 gr brown sugar
45 gr butter
45 gr egg substitute
1 egg
130 gr all purpose flour
2 gr baking powder
1 gr cardamom
1 gr baking soda
1 gr cinnamon
1 gr allspice
1 gr nutmeg
1994 preheat oven
1/2 dough with your hands to make two
10 1/2 logs
1 1/4 in diameter
3 on an ungreased cookie shee dip a non-serrated knife in water
3/4 intervals

Instructions

moist. Cool for 1 minute. Remove from the cookie sheet; place on a wire rack. Cool for 5 minutes. With a serrated knife, cut the logs at the scored lines. Cool completely. Decorate each cookie with decorator icing to resemble a holly leaf and berries. Penny Halsey (ATBN65B).
