Yum-yum Gems

Ingredients

290 gr shortening
220 gr brown sugar
240 ml milk
250 gr flour
5 gr baking soda
65 gr nut meats
1 gr salt
3 gr cinnamon
2 gr nutmeg
170 gr raisins

Instructions

Blend shortening and sugar. Add sour milk. Stir in dry ingredients, add raisins and nuts. Pour into greased cup cake tins and bake in moderate oven 180ÂșC . from 15 to 20 minutes or until done. You can use any kind of icing.
