Zucchini/apple Bread
Ingredients
4 eggs
400 gr sugar
240 ml oil
260 gr loosely packed zucchini
1 with skin
9 gr baking soda
1 gr baking powder
3 gr salt
60 gr walnuts
250 gr flour
2 tblsp
2 apples
Instructions
Combine all ingredients. Bake in two loaf pans at 180ºC or 1 hr.
