Zucchini Lasagne

Ingredients

some garlic
4 zucchini
30 ml olive oil
60 gr onion
230 gr beef
300 gr tomatoes
190 gr tomato paste
40 gr mushrooms
180 ml dry wine
3 gr oregano
1 gr thyme
1 gr basil
110 gr mozzarella cheese
230 gr ricotta cheese
40 gr parmesan cheese

Instructions

Cut zucchini into strips 1 cm thick. Heat oil; add garlic and onion and cook until vegetables are tender but not browned. Add meat and brown, stirring to keep meat crumbly. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, mushrooms, wine, oregano, thyme, basil and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer uncovered 1- half hours. Place half of the zucchini strips in an oiled shallow casserole. Top with half of the Mozzarella and Ricotta cheeses. Add half the meat sauce. Repeat layers. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 180ÂșC or 40 minutes.
