1 1/4 c flour 1 ts baking powder 1/4 ts salt 1/2 c butter 1/2 ts vanilla 1/2 ts almond extract 1 c flaked coconut
Instructions
Combine all ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl except coconut. Blend well with mixer. Stir in coconut, mix thoroughly. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 375F for 10-12 min, cool. Margaret Garland DFYX18A
