2 3/8 c all purpose flour
2 ts baking powder
1/4 ts baking soda
3/4 ts salt
3/4 c milk
1/2 ts cream of tartar
1 almond
10 bundt
1/4 cups sugar
1/4 cup sugar
10 cake
