Alsation Apple Cake

Ingredients

3 tb butter
4 apples
3 eggs
3/8 c honey
1/4 c oil
2 tb milk
1 ts vanilla
2 tb rum
1/2 c flour
2 sift unbleached
1 tb baking powder
1 ts baking soda
1 pinch salt
1 egg
2 tb brown sugar
12 cake
10 springform

Instructions

and bake another 20 minutes, until caramelized on top. Cool in the pan on a rack. Serve warm or cool. Reheats well. ----
