Andouille In Comforting Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients

4 c onions
1 c celery
1 c bell pepper
1 c parsley
1 c peanut oil
1 t garlic
3 c steak sauce
1/2 c louisiana sauce
3 c ketchup
2 t cayenne pepper
1 southern comfort liquor
1 lb andouille sausage
3/4 this will keep in the refrigerator for weeks
1 lb andouille
1 cup sauce

Instructions
