Anginares Me Anitho
Ingredients
some lemon added
12 globe artichokes
1 slice lemon
3 tb flour
1/2 c scallinos
1/4 c olive
1 1/2 lemon
3 c water
2 tb dill
3 ts cornflour
2 eggs
4 as a meal
8 as a first course cooking time
3 tablespoons flour as this is quite effective in preventing discoloration
4 layers of leaves until the tender leaves remain
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 original quantity
2 cook the eg pile artichokes on a warm platter
