Apple-pecan Salad

Ingredients

2 packages gelatin
2 1/4 c water
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c mayonnaise
1 tb sugar
1 tb lemon juice
2 c apples
1 1/4 c pecans
3/4 c apple juice
1/4 cups boiling water
1 cup boiling water
5/8 liquid
6 ring mold

Instructions

with remaining orange gelatin. Chill until firm at least 4 hours but overnight if possible to insure a very firm salad and one that will unmold easily.
