Apple Brandy Cake

Ingredients

5 tb apple brandy
4 c apples
2 c flour
2 ts cinnamon
2 ts soda
1 ts nutmeg
1 ts salt
1 c walnuts
1 c raisins
2 c sugar
1/2 c oil
2 eggs

Instructions

Powdered sugar Sprinkle brandy over apples, and set aside. Combine flour, cinnamon, soda, nutmeg, salt, and cloves; stir in walnuts and raisins. Combine sugar, oil, and eggs; beat well, and blend into flour mixture. Stir in apples. Spoon batter into a greased 13x9x2" pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from pan; cool on wire rack. Sift powdered sugar over top. ----
