1 c water 1/4 c apple juice 1 tart apple 5/8 c rolled oats 1 dash cinnamon 1 c skim milk
Instructions
Place water, juice and apples ina medium saucepan and bring to a boil. Sitr in the rolled oats and cinnamon. Return to boil, reduce heat and simmer until the porridge is thick. Serve hot with milk.
