Blend butter and honey well. Add eggs, water, and apples. Sift together flour, cornstarch, soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves into first mixture. Blend well. Add raisins and walnuts. Pour into 3 4 1/2 x 8 1/2 x 2 1/2" loaf pans which have been buttered and lined with brown paper. Bake at 325 F. for 45 minutes. Cut into slices and serve each with a spoonful of sweetened whipped cream on top.
