----------------------------------FILLING---------------------------------24 oz Cream cheese; softened 1 c Sugar 2 tb Flour 3 Eggs 1 c Applesauce 1/2 ts Cinnamon 1/4 ts Nutmeg Combine all crust ingredients. Divide in half, press 1/2 in bottom of 9x13" pan, save remainder for top. Combine cream cheese, sugar and flour, beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add remaining ingredients, beat until well blended. Pour into crust lined pan, make sure it's level. Sprinkle remaining crust on top. Bake for 45-60 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. To minimize cracking, place shallow pan of water on rack below cake while cooking. ----
