Apricot-walnut Strudel Cookies
Ingredients
1/2 c sour cream
1/4 c butter
1 c flour
1/4 ts salt
5/8 c apricot jam
5/8 c walnuts
2 tb raisins
2 tb golden raisins
2 disks
10 in diameter
3/8 cup apricot jam over the surface
1 disk
1/4 border around the edges
3/8 cup walnuts
1 tablespoon raisins
1 tablespoon golden raisins over the jam
12 sections
Instructions
baking sheet for 5 minutes. Cut the slices through; cool completely on the sheet. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week or freeze for several months.
