1 c apricots 7/8 c walnuts 1/2 c coconut 2 tb wheat germ 1/4 c orange juice

Recipe by: DEBORAH EPSTEIN (NAFY67C) Place apricots, 1/2 cup walnuts and coconut through food grinder. Add wheat germ and orange juice. Mix well. Form mixture into 1 inch balls. Roll in chopped walnuts. refrigerate until chilled. makes 24 ----
