1 onion 1 clove garlic 4 eggs 1 package artichoke hearts 1/2 c cheddar cheese 1/4 c bread crumbs 1/2 c yogurt 2 tsp parsley 1 worcestershire
Instructions
Saute onion and garlic in a few drops of oil until soft. Beat eggs well in large bowl. Add all other ingredients. Pour into well greased quiche dish. Bake 1/2 hour at 325 degrees until knife comes out clean. Cool slightly and serve.
