Bacon-topped Cheese Soup

Ingredients

6 slices bacon
1/2 c celery
1/2 c carrot
1/2 c onion
1/2 c green pepper
3/8 c all purpose flour
1/2 ts salt
1/4 ts pepper
1 c milk
1 package clear chicken broth
2 c cheddar cheese
3 casserole

Instructions
