Bacon, Avocado & Cheese Omelet

Ingredients

16 eggs
1/2 c water
2 sticks margarine melted
1 lb bacon
4 avocados
2 c monterey jack cheese salsa
8 tomatos fine
3 onions fine
1 jalapeno
1 package green chilies
2 garlic
4 tb coriander
4 tb lemon juice
1/2 ts caraway seeds
1 ts cumin
1/2 ts pepper
375 until se

Instructions
