Bacon & Onion Muffins
Ingredients
1/2 bacon
2 1/4 c unbleached flour
1/2 ts baking soda
2 eggs
1 c dairy sour cream
1/4 c onion
3 ts baking powder
1/2 ts salt
3/8 c milk
1 bacon drippings until tender
2 1/2 muffin
5/8 rds full
Instructions
Bake in 375 degree F. Oven 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot with homemade jelly or jam.
