some salt and pepper 2 packages spinach 6 slices bacon 1 garlic clove 1/2 c onion 1/2 t salt 1/8 t pepper 1 pn cayenne pepper 2 t butter 2 t flour 2 t bacon fat
Instructions
flour, stirring constantly until smooth. Graduallly stir in half-and-half or milk and cook until smooth and bubbly. Stir in spinach mixture and heat through. Remove from heat, stir in reserved bits of bacon, and serve.
