Baked Burgundy Beef
Ingredients
2 lb cubed chuck roast
1 burgundy
1/4 c fine dry bread crumbs
1 bay leaf
350 degree oven time to prepare
Instructions
ingredients.Cover and bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours,until tender and sauce has thickened.Serve over noodles.
