Baked Catfish And Pecans
Ingredients
2 lb catfish fillets
1 t salt
1 c all purpose flour
1/4 t pepper
1 t lemon rind
3/4 c butter
1/4 c pecans
1 t lemon juice
1 t worcestershire sauce
1/4 c butter in skille brown fillets over heat until brown
2 baking dish
