Baked Spanish Eggs
Ingredients
some preheat the oven
3 corn tortillas
1 squares
2 tb olive oil
2 slices onions
2 garlic
1 green pepper
2 tomatoes
6 eggs
3 tb low-fat milk
1 oz mild green chiles
1/2 ts cumin
1/2 ts oregano
9 pie tins
Instructions
for 10 minutes before serving, then cut into wedges to serve.
