Banana Chiffon Cake

Ingredients

1 c egg whites
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
2 1/4 c cake flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 1/4 c sugar
5 egg yolk
1 c banana mashed
1/2 c oil
5 bourbon
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp milk
1 1/2 c confectioners sugar sifted
1 slice strawberries banana
10 tube with a removable bottom
3/8 c well with vanilla
3/8 batter over whites
350 bake
15 min longer

Instructions

GLAZE: HEAT BOURBON AND MILK TO A SIMMER. STIR IN CONFECTIONER'S SUGAR UNTIL DISSOLVED. IMMEDIATELY DRIZZLE OVER TOP AND SIDES OF CAKE. LET COOL UNTIL GLAZE SETS BEFORE GARNISHING. CUT WITH A LONG SERRATED KNIFE. 345 CAL
