Bar-b-q Meatloaf

Ingredients

1 pound beef
1 egg
1/2 onion
3/8 green pepper
1/4 cup pimento-stuffed green olives
1 1/2 head country seasoning
3/8 cup bread
1/2 cup head country bar b q sauce reserved for top
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix thoroughly. Pat into meatloaf pan and top with Bar-B-Q sauce. Bake, uncovered, one hour at 350 degrees.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
