Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients

3 c onions
1/4 c honey
1 t garlic
2 t lemon juice
1 c sweet pepper
1 t salt
1/2 c parsley
3 lea
1 c dry wine
1/2 t mint
3 t vinegar
1 liquid smoke
2 c ketchup
1/2 t louisiana sauce

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a pot that is big enough to hold them. Bring to a boil. Cook, covered, on low heat for several hours. From Justin Wilson's "Outside Cooking with Inside Help"
