Basic English Muffins

Ingredients

6 c all purpose flour
2 tb sugar
2 ts salt
1 dry yeast
1 3/4 c milk
1/4 c water
1 tb butter
1 egg
1/2 c cornmeal
3 c flour
3 1/4 round cutter out muffins
1 apar sprinkle with additional cornmeal

Instructions
