Beef-noodle Casserole

Ingredients

1 pound round
1/2 cup onions garlic
1/4 teaspoon oregano
10 3/4 ounces lowfat cream of mushroom soup
16 ounces tomatoes
5 ounces no yolk egg noodles

Instructions

Brown onions, meat, garlic and oregano in Teflon skillet. Add undiluted soup and tomatoes. Mix well. Yields 10 servings. Nutritional Info./Serving Calories 230 Fat 5 grams
