Beef Chili
Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 pounds chuck

3 cups coarsely onion
1 slice green bell pepper
1 dash pepper flakes
28 oz tomatoes with juice coarsely

1 teaspoon oregano
3 stick cinnamon
2 bay leaves
1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup kidney beans
1 tightly packed mihced
2 tablespoons cornmeal cheddar cheese onions
1 trim meat of excess fa
2 tablespoons oil in the cooker

Instructions
Vegetarian Variation: For a delicious vegetarian version, substitute 1 pound of cubed, firm tofu for the beef. Skip the browning stage and quick release th e pressure. Reduce cooking time to 5 minutes.
