Beef Pastry Pockets

Ingredients

3/4 lb beef
1/2 c cheddar cheese
3/4 c cottage cheese
2 eggs
1/2 ts pepper
1 ct puff pastry

Instructions

And cut into 5" squares Combine filling ingredients. In center of squares, put a heaping 1/3 cupful of filling; moisten edges of pastry with water, fold over to form triangles; press with fork to seal.
