Beef Sausage

Ingredients

5 pound beef
5 teaspoon morton tender quick salt
2 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
2 1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon hickory smoke salt

Instructions

In a large bowl combine ground beef, salts and pepper. Mix well, cover andrefrigerate. On second day mix again. Refrigerate. On third day mixagain. Refrigerate. On fourth day shape into 5 rolls, about 1-1/2 inches X 10 inches

Spray broiler rack with Pam. Lay rolls on rack, place on lower oven rack.

Cook at 150�F for 8 to 10 hours.
